Service membership matter

(1)  Service membership matter may fall in entrenchment 7.

(2)  In subclause (1), service membership matter includes the following:

(a)  the rates of cumulative charity distribution upon the paid up amount of service membership payable upon a charity distribution to ordinary members;

(b)  the entitlement of service members to reasonable interest payments.

368. Subclause (1) provides that service membership matter may fall in or under entrenchment 7. Subclause (2) provided that service membership matter includes the rates of cumulative charity distribution upon the paid up amount of service membership payable upon a charity distribution to ordinary members and the entitlement of service members to reasonable interest payments.
