= Visitational matter = <span id="c1"></span>(1) Visitational matter may fall in [[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Schedule 2/Clause 1#item3|entrenchments 3]] and [[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Schedule 2/Clause 1#item4|4]]. <span id="c2"></span>(2) In subclause (1), '''''visitational matter''''' includes the following: :<span id="par1a"></span>(a) the objects of Urabba Parks; :<span id="par1b"></span>(b) the power to visit Urabba Parks, and any limitation or condition on such power; :<span id="par1c"></span>(c) the establishment and internal management of bodies and places falling in: ::<span id="par1c-i"></span>(i) [[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Section 70#s5|item 3 of the table in subsection 70(5)]]; ::<span id="par1c-ii"></span>(ii) [[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Section 100#s4|item 4 of the table in subsection 100(4)]]; or ::<span id="par1c-iii"></span>(iii) [[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Section 112#item7.11.e|item 7.11.e of the table in subsection 112(5)]]; :<span id="par1d"></span>(d) the rules of proceeding of visitation, or a body falling in paragraph (c); :<span id="par1e"></span>(e) the requirement that a person be considered for appointment to a place (the '''''new place''''') if the person is presented by a member of Urabba Parks and has held an abolished place that, immediately before abolition, fell in paragraph (c); :<span id="par1f"></span>(f) the membership of an entity that is or host of a shared a shared judicial oversight board, and any procedure for reference to the board; :<span id="par1g"></span>(g) benefits provided to occupants of independent governance places (category W); :<span id="par1h"></span>(h) any law that: ::<span id="par1h-i"></span>(i) does not create any legal right or give rise to any legal cause of action; and ::<span id="par1h-ii"></span>(ii) does not affect in any way the operation of any law, except for laws dealing with visitational matter.
