= Ordinary membership matter =

<span id="c1"></span>(1)  Ordinary membership matter may fall in any entrenchment.


<span id="c2"></span>(2)  In subsection&nbsp;(1), '''''ordinary membership matter''''' includes the following:

:<span id="par3a"></span>(a)  the offer of any kind of ordinary membership, or membership convertible to ordinary membership, including the requirement to offer such membership to certain members before offering to any other person;

:<span id="par2b"></span>(b)  the conversion of membership to ordinary membership;

:<span id="par2c"></span>(c)  the manner in which ordinary membership is allocated to a place within Urabba&nbsp;Parks, where such membership is not attached to property located or taken to be located at such a place;

:<span id="par2d"></span>(d)  the acquisition by way of detachment of property attached to ordinary membership, other than by way of on just terms, by the Executive Government of Urabba&nbsp;Parks or a jurisdictional division, or by a campus government entity;

:<span id="par2e"></span>(e)  the repurchase of ordinary membership, or membership convertible to ordinary membership.

366. Subclause&nbsp;(1) provides that succession and presentation matter may fall in any entrenchment.  Subclause&nbsp;(2) provides that ordinary membership matter includes the offer of any kind of ordinary membership, or membership convertible to ordinary membership, including the requirement to offer such membership to certain members before offering to any other person, the conversion of membership to ordinary membership, the manner in which ordinary membership is allocated to a place within Urabba&nbsp;Parks, where such membership is not attached to property located or taken to be located at such a place, the acquisition by way of detachment of property attached to ordinary membership, other than by way of on just terms, by the Executive Government of Urabba&nbsp;Parks or a jurisdictional division, or by a campus government entity and the repurchase of ordinary membership, or membership convertible to ordinary membership.
