(1)  The Parliament may grant the legislature of a jurisdictional division of Urabba Parks the power to make laws in respect of the peace, order, and good government of Urabba Parks in respect of the affairs and premises of the jurisdictional division.
 
(2)  A law made by the Parliament is void to the extent the law provides for the power of a legislature of a region unless the law applies equally to each region.
