The following table sets out registration items:

Relevant note from the Explanatory Memorandum

275. This section includes registration table 6 which sets out places in the municipal districts of Urabba Parks (item 6) (municipal places). The placeholder character ‘m’ is substituted for the municipal area number. Places listed include:

(A) heads and managers based on numbers of members by residence (items 7.0.1.x and 7.0.2.x) – these places are used to determine precedence at official events;

(B) campus government entities (item 6.m);

(C) monitors (item 6.m.1.x);

(D) members of the campus government entity (item 6.m.1.x) including the head (item 6.m.1.0.y)

(E) manager or deputy manager (item 6.m.2.0.y);

(F) staff (item 6.m.2.x);

(G) auditors (item 6.m.3.x);

(H) members of the municipal district by residence (item 6.m.4) – a member is a member by residence of a municipal district if the member lives or has their registered address in the territory of the jurisdictional division;

(I) members holding ordinary membership granted in the campus government entity or attached to property in the municipal district (item 6.m.5);

(J) patron membership granted in the campus government entity (item 6.m.6);

(K) service membership granted in the campus government entity (item 6.m.7);

(L) affiliate membership granted in the campus government entity (item 6.m.8) – these items are to give jurisdictional divisions the power to grant and regulate such membership (subject to any conditions imposed under law);

(M) places occupied by a member falling in item 6.m.4, 6.m.5, 6.m.6, 6.m.7 or 6.m.8 in respect of the municipal district, or succeeded or presented to by such a member (item 6.m.9) – this allows for campus government entities to define stakeholder places for members of its municipal district; and

(N) other places of campus government entities (item 6.m.10.x).
