Rights of members in jurisdictional divisions
A member of Urabba Parks, who is a member of a jurisdictional division, shall not be subject in any other jurisdictional division to any disability or discrimination which would not be equally applicable to the member were to be a member of such other jurisdictional division.

289. This section, based on the corresponding section of the Australian Constitution, restricts discrimination based on membership of a jurisdictional division. The purpose of this section is to ensure that no member is discriminated against because of their membership of a jurisdictional division.
