The Parliament of Urabba&nbsp;Parks may, with the consent of the legislature of a region, and the approval of the majority of the electors of the region voting upon the question, increase, diminish, or otherwise alter the limits of the region, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed on.

Alteration of limits of regions

The Parliament of Urabba Parks may, with the consent of the legislature of a region, and the approval of the majority of the electors of the region voting upon the question, increase, diminish, or otherwise alter the limits of the region, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed on.
