This section, based on the corresponding section&nbsp;of the Australian Constitution, provides the Parliament may declare a place within New South Wales and be distant not less than 160&nbsp;kilometres from Sydney. as the seat of Government of Urabba&nbsp;Parks.  The Parliament is to sit at Melbourne until it sits at the seat of Government or some other place chosen by the Manager‑General.  The purpose of this section is to provide a mechanism for the declaration of the seat of Government and the power of the Manager‑General to set the venue for sittings of the Parliament.
