= Reporting on matters etc. = (1) The Visitatorial Commission may report to the Parliament or the legislature of a jurisdictional division on the parliamentary performance in regards to: :(a) the compliance of Urabba Parks or the jurisdictional division with the governance standards set out in Subdivision 45‑B of the ''Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Regulation 2013'' of the Commonwealth (the '''governance standards'''); :(b) the responsibilities of Urabba Parks or the jurisdictional division provided in this Chapter; :(c) matters raised by the independent governance service; and :(d) petitions for any law or instrument of mercy to a person found guilty of an offence; :(e) the acquisition, retention or disposal of an organisation, or of any right or other benefit; :(f) the taking of any obligation or contingent obligation, or the re-negotiation of its terms; :(g) the conduct of the proceedings of members of Urabba Parks; :(h) determining the salaries, allowances and remuneration of: ::(i) members of Houses of the Parliament; ::(ii) occupants of parliamentary administration places (category P); ::(iii) occupants of places of profit or responsibility under the Management; :(i) grants and reduction of membership; :(j) charity distributions; :(k) the application of: ::(i) the intentions of the Founder; ::(ii) the values of Urabba Parks; ::(iii) the law of a state jurisdiction; or ::(iv) a document falling in [[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Section 151#par1c|paragraph 151(1)(c)]]; :(l) matters the Parliament refers to it; and the Visitatorial Commission may include recommendations concerning such issues subject to the report so made. (2) In this section, '''''parliamentary performance''''' means the exercise of the powers, functions, privileges and immunities of the Parliament or legislature of a jurisdictional division as a whole and of any parliamentary body. (3) A report on any matter falling in subsection (1) may be requested under law or done by the Visitatorial Commission ''in proprio motu''.
