Subsection (1) provides the Visitatorial Commission report of matters relating to the parliamentary performance of the Parliament divisional legislatures in regards to the compliance of Urabba Parks or the jurisdictional division with the governance standards set out in Subdivision 45 B of the ''Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Regulation 2013'', its responsibilities provided in this Chapter (particularly under the Urabba Parks Bill of Rights in [[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Contents#Pt9.2|Part 2 of Chapter 9]]), matters raised by the independent governance service, petitions for any law or instrument of mercy to a person found guilty of an offence, the acquisition, retention or disposal of an organisation, or of any right or other benefit, the taking of any obligation or contingent obligation, or the re-negotiation of its terms, the conduct of the proceedings of members, salaries, allowances and remuneration of members of Houses of the Parliament, occupiers of parliamentary administration places (category P) and officers of the Management, grants and reduction of membership, charity distributions and the application of the intentions of the Founder, the values of Urabba Parks, the law of a state jurisdiction or a document falling in [[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Section 151#par1c|paragraph 151(1)(c)]], as well as other matters referred to by Parliament.  The Visitatorial Commission may include recommendations concerning such issues subject to the report so made.
