Protection of the environment
(1) Individuals have rights:
- (a) to environments that are conducive to health;
- (b) to natural surroundings whose productivity and diversity are preserved for future generations; and
- (c) to timely and complete information about the state of the environment and natural resources.
(2) It is the responsibility of Urabba Parks and each entity to promote sustainability in its operations leading to a sustainable environment for present and future generations and to report on environments and resources under its control regularly.

322. Subsection (1) provides for the environmental rights of individuals; being the right to have environments conducive to health, to natural surroundings whose productivity and diversity are preserved for future generations and to timely and complete information about the state of the environment and natural resources.
