Fair comment[edit | edit source]
(1) Each individual has the right to make fair comment on matters:
- (a) affecting life of the individual or another individual of which the individual has a responsibility, relationship or other affinity with; or
- (b) involving the conduct of entities in regards to their legal obligations and legitimate social obligations.
(2) It is the responsibility of Urabba Parks and each entity to allow for fair comment by individuals and groups on:
- (a) its governance, management and operations; and
- (b) other matters affecting the lives of people, including but not limited to matters relating to its charitable purposes.

323.
