Freedom of information[edit | edit source]
The Parliament shall provide for the lawful and reasonable freedom of information regarding activities of the Corporate Government, and the legislature of each jurisdictional division shall provide for the lawful and reasonable freedom of information regarding activities of the Executive Government of the jurisdictional division.

This section provides that Parliament must provide for lawful and reasonable access to Government information, and the legislature of each jurisdictional division shall provide for the lawful and reasonable freedom of information regarding activities of the Executive Government of the jurisdictional division.
