[[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Contents|Table]]|[[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Notes|Notes]]|[[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Section 145|Previous]]|[[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Section 147|Next]]|[[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Download|Download]]<br>{{Navbar|L=Constitution of Urabba Parks|Ch=9|Pt=2|Div=2|Sdiv=C|S=146}} = Consideration of matters raised in consultations and petitions = <span id="s1"></span>(1) It is the responsibility of Urabba Parks and each entity to form and provide for the regular convening of consultative bodies, composed of persons acting as or for members of Urabba Parks. <span id="s2"></span>(2) The Parliament shall consider matters within its authority raised by: :<span id="par2a"></span>(a) the Visitatorial Commission; :<span id="par2b"></span>(b) reports of the Council of Consultative Bodies and consultative bodies of the Parliament, established by this Constitution or by the Parliament; :<span id="par2c"></span>(c) a parliamentary inquiry, Enactorial Commission of Inquiry or other inquiry done under law; and :<span id="par2d"></span>(d) reasonable petitions made by the members of Urabba Parks. <span id="s3"></span>(3) Entities shall consider matters within their authority raised by consultative bodies it forms. = <span id="EM"></span>Relevant notes from the Explanatory Memorandum = 334. Subsection (1) provides for the responsibility of Urabba Parks and each entity to form and provide for the regular convening of consultative bodies, composed of persons acting as or for members of Urabba Parks. 335. Subsection (2) provides the Parliament shall consider matters within its authority raised by reports of the Council of Consultative Bodies and consultative bodies of the Parliament, established by this Constitution or by the Parliament, a parliamentary inquiry, Enactorial Commission of Inquiry or other inquiry done under law and reasonable petitions made by the members of Urabba Parks.
