Incorporation of stakeholders
(1) In order to legally entrench the rights of its stakeholders in the governance process, Urabba Parks shall incorporate stakeholders as members, by way of granting of affiliate membership.
(2) Jurisdictional divisions, campus government entities and associations shall also facilitate the granting of affiliate membership.
(3) Members of Urabba Parks shall, where appropriate, nominate persons for an original grant of affiliate membership paid up from a charity distribution made to a jurisdictional division, campus government entity or association.
