Service delivery[edit | edit source]

(1)  Stakeholders expect that service delivery by an entity:

(a)  is relevant to the ultimate object of the organisation, and in this case the supporting the charitable purposes of Urabba Parks; and
(b)  foster innovation and efficiency among personnel.

(2)  It is the responsibility of each entity:

(a)  to optimise the use of available resources through a user-responsive approach to service delivery that meets the needs of clients;
(b)  to maximise the relevance and efficiency of services; and
(c)  to consult clients, personnel and other relevant stakeholders on the adequacy, design and standard of services.

339. Subsection (1) declares that stakeholders expect that service delivery by an organisation is relevant to the ultimate object of the organisation, and in this case the supporting the charitable purposes of Urabba Parks, and fosters innovation and efficiency among personnel. Subsection (2) provides for the responsibility of entities to optimise the use of available resources through a user-responsive approach to service delivery that meets the needs of clients, to maximise the relevance and efficiency of service delivery and consult clients, personnel and other relevant stakeholders on the design of services.
