Moving forward
(1) It is the responsibility of Urabba Parks:
- (a) to continuously review its objects and values, corporate plans and polices, strategic and business models to ensure that it can best advance humanity and the environment together;
- (b) to develop and maintain:
- (i) systems of representation, consultation and parliamentary oversight;
- (ii) an independent system of tribunals;
- (iii) a robust independent governance service; and
- (c) to engage the public in its governance process.
(2) It is the responsibility of each entity:
- (a) to review its purposes and business model (insofar as those can be reviewed by the entity) to ensure that it can best achieve those purposes, being for the ultimate purpose of advancing humanity and the environment together;
- (b) to develop its systems of representation, consultation and oversight by those charged with governance, and where appropriate, independent disciplinary and grievance procedures and governance review procedures; and
- (c) to engage key stakeholders in its governance process.

341. Subsection (1) sets out the responsibilities of Urabba Parks working towards the future, including:
- (A) to continuously review its objects and values, corporate plans and polices, strategic and business models to ensure that it can best advance humanity and the environment together;
- (B) to develop and maintain systems of representation, consultation and parliamentary oversight, an independent system of tribunals and a robust independent governance service; and
- (C) to engage the public in its governance process.
342. Subsection (2) sets out the responsibilities of entities within Urabba Parks working towards the future, including:
