<span id="s1"></span>(1)  Urabba&nbsp;Parks supports the expansion of charitable purposes to better reflect the needs of humanity and the environment.

<span id="s2"></span>(2)  If an object that is declared for the purposes of this subsection, being for the public benefit, is not a charitable purpose under the ''Charities Act 2013'', the objects of Urabba&nbsp;Parks shall not include the object but include the advocacy of the inclusion of the object as a charitable purpose, to the extent that it ultimately benefits a purpose that is currently a charitable purpose under the ''Charities Act 2013''.
(2)  If an object that is declared for the purposes of this subsection, being for the public benefit, is not a charitable purpose under the ''Charities Act 2013'', the objects of Urabba&nbsp;Parks shall not include the object but include the advocacy of the inclusion of the object as a charitable purpose, to the extent that it ultimately benefits a purpose that is currently a charitable purpose under the ''Charities Act 2013''.
