| 119. Subsection (1) establishes the House of Ordinaries, which shall consist of members directly chosen by the people of Urabba Parks. As its name implies, the House is representative of the voting ordinary shareholders, considered to be the ‘owners’ of Urabba Parks and referred to in this Constitution as ‘ordinary members’. As such, the House of Ordinaries is intended to be determinative of the management, the ‘lower House’. Under subsection (2), until the Parliament otherwise provides the House consist of 3 members, provided that the number of members chosen in the several jurisdictional divisions shall be in proportion to the respective grades of ordinary membership granted by the jurisdictional division. Subsection (3) provides that any part of Urabba Parks not forming part of a jurisdictional division is taken to form one jurisdictional division for the purposes of elections of members of the House.
