As its name implies, the House is representative of the voting ordinary shareholders, considered to be the ‘owners’ of Urabba Parks and referred to in this Constitution as ‘ordinary members’. As such, the House of Ordinaries is intended to be determinative of the management, the ‘lower House’. Under subsection (2), until the Parliament otherwise provides the House consist of 3 members, provided that the number of members chosen in the several jurisdictional divisions shall be in proportion to the respective grades of ordinary membership granted by the jurisdictional division. Constitution of House of Ordinaries

(2) Until the Parliament otherwise provides, the House consist of 3 members, provided that the number of members chosen in the several jurisdictional divisions shall be, as nearly as practicable, in proportion to the respective grades of ordinary membership granted by the jurisdictional division.
