(1)  The Parliament may provide for the allocation of membership of Urabba&nbsp;Parks eligible to elect members of the House of Ordinaries to electoral divisions, and specify the number of electoral divisions and the number of parliamentary memberships in those divisions.

125. This section, based on the corresponding section of the Australian Constitution, provides for the allocation of membership of Urabba&nbsp;Parks to electoral divisions by the Parliament and clarifies the situation regarding membership granted by or subject to the law of different jurisdictional divisions – membership granted by or subject to the law of different jurisdictional divisions may not form an electoral division unless the electoral division consists of all membership granted by or subject to the law of those jurisdictional divisions.
125.
