This section, based on the corresponding section of the Australian Constitution, provides for the vacancy in the place of a member of a House of the Parliament where the person becomes disqualified from parliamentary membership under [[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Section 44|section 44]], becomes bankrupt or insolvent, agrees to take any fee for their service on the Parliament or defaults on any sanction fee imposed as a failure to provide information about business interests with entities in the legislative influence group of which Urabba Parks is Head and membership of organisations (such as political and governance parties, trade and professional associations).
