This section, based on the corresponding section of the Australian Constitution, provides for the vacancy in the place of a member of a House of the Parliament where the person becomes disqualified from parliamentary membership under [[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Section 44|section&nbsp;44]], becomes bankrupt or insolvent, agrees to take any fee for their service on the Parliament or defaults on any sanction fee imposed as a failure to provide information about business interests with entities in the legislative influence group of which Urabba&nbsp;Parks is Head and membership of organisations (such as political and governance parties, trade and professional associations).
