160. Subsection (1) grants some exclusive powers to the Parliament, including the seat of Government, the raising and maintenance of Defence Services and other matters declared under law to be within the exclusive power of the Parliament. Although subsection (2) provides that the Corporate Parliament may declare its exclusive powers, it should be noted that such laws are subject to entrenched provisions – the power of the legislatures of jurisdictional divisions (other than certain non-revocable matter such as defence) constitutes divisional matter under [[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Schedule 2/Clause 7|clause 7 of Schedule 2]] (see [[Constitution of Urabba Parks/Schedule 2/Clause 7#EM|note 363]]).
