Exclusive powers of the Parliament[edit | edit source]
(1) The Parliament shall, subject to this Constitution, have exclusive power to make laws for the peace, order, and good government of Urabba Parks with respect to the following:
- (a) the seat of Government of Urabba Parks, and all places acquired by Urabba Parks for corporate purposes;
- (b) the raising and maintaining of Defence Services;
- (c) other matters declared under law to be within the exclusive power of the Parliament.
(2) The Parliament may declare matters for the purposes of paragraph (1)(c).
