Exclusive powers of the Parliament

(1)  The Parliament shall, subject to this Constitution, have exclusive power to make laws for the peace, order, and good government of Urabba Parks with respect to the following:

(a)  the seat of Government of Urabba Parks, and all places acquired by Urabba Parks for corporate purposes;
(b)  the raising and maintaining of Defence Services;
(c)  other matters declared under law to be within the exclusive power of the Parliament.

(2)  The Parliament may declare matters for the purposes of paragraph (1)(c).
