<span id="s1"></span>(1)  There shall be Mister&nbsp;Enactor’s Most Helpful Proprietary Council for Urabba&nbsp;Parks to advise the Manager‑General in the government of Urabba&nbsp;Parks.

Proprietary Council

(2)  The members of the Proprietary Council shall be chosen, declared and summoned by the Manager‑General and hold office as Proprietary Counsellors at the Manager‑General’s pleasure.
