Proprietary Council

(1)  There shall be Mister Enactor’s Most Helpful Proprietary Council for Urabba Parks to advise the Manager‑General in the government of Urabba Parks.

(2)  The members of the Proprietary Council shall be chosen, declared and summoned by the Manager‑General and hold office as Proprietary Counsellors at the Manager‑General’s pleasure.

Relevant note from the Explanatory Memorandum

177. This section, based on the corresponding section of the Australian Constitution, establishes the Proprietary Council to advise the Manager‑General in the government of Urabba Parks.
