Command of nautical and land services

The command in chief of the nautical and land services of Urabba Parks is vested in the Manager‑General as the Enactor’s representative.

Relevant note from the Explanatory Memorandum

187. This section, based on the corresponding section of the Australian Constitution, provides the Manager‑General is vested with the ‘command in chief’ of the Defence Services.
