This section, based on the corresponding section of the Australian Constitution, provides the Parliament may set the quorum of bodies exercising corporate jurisdiction – this includes bodies of jurisdictional divisions vested with corporate jurisdiction. The provision allows for the Parliament to regulate the conduct of judicial proceedings by setting the number of judicial officers required. | |||
