Associations

(1)  The objects of Urabba Parks shall include the objects of associations except to the extent such objects are excluded under law as objects of Urabba Parks.

(2)  This table sets out registration items:

8.0	Statistical place associated with associations, with ‘x’ being allocated in the order of number of separate members falling in item 8.e.5 in respect of the association based on the latest statistics of Urabba Parks
8.0.1.x	President of an association, with ‘x’ being allocated in the order of number of separate members of the association based on the latest statistics of Urabba Parks
8.0.2.x	Manager of an association, with ‘x’ being allocated in a similar manner to item 8.0.1.x
8.e	Association or partnership of associations
8.e.0.x	Monitor of an association, being an officer of the Executive Government of Urabba Parks or a jurisdictional division, or a campus government entity appointed under law to monitor the governance of the association
8.e.1.0	Committee of management of an association
8.e.1.0.y	Senior member of a committee of management being: (a) a member of the committee, being appointed: (i)   to a particular place having membership of the body under the rules of the association; or (ii)  unless otherwise provided under the rules of the association – by the members of the body; (b) a person who is taken to hold an office falling in paragraph (a), despite resignation from the office or having ceased to be a member of the body, where the body has not since met or a new occupant of the place has not otherwise been appointed
8.e.1.b.a	Member of a the committee of management of an association, being: (a) elected by members of Urabba Parks occupying a place falling in this table in respect of the association, with each separate member entitled to vote having one vote only, and who is removable by those members; (b) enrolled by a member succeeding or presenting to a place falling this table in respect of the association; or (c)  appointed by persons falling in paragraphs (a) or (b)	M
8.e.1.b	Subcommittee of a committee of management of an association
8.e.1.b.0.y	Senior member of a subcommittee being: (a) a member of the subcommittee, being appointed: (i)   to a particular place having membership of the body under the rules of the association; or (ii)  unless otherwise provided under the rules of the association – by the members of the body; (b) a person who is taken to hold an office falling in paragraph (a), despite resignation from the office or having ceased to be a member of the subcommittee, where the body has not since met or a new occupant of the place has not otherwise been appointed
8.e.1.b.a	Member of a subcommittee of management of an association, being: (a) a member of the committee of management; or (b) a person who is taken to hold an office falling in paragraph (a), despite resignation from the office or having ceased to be a member of the subcommittee, where the body has not since met or a new occupant of the place has not otherwise been appointed
8.e.2.0.y	The manager or deputy manager of an association
8.e.2.x	Staff of an association	E, N
8.e.3.0.x	Entity appointed as one of the following: (a) auditor of a campus government entity; (b)           entity engaged to provide assurance on the financial statements of a campus government entity or a related service to the delivery of such assurance; (c) the engagement partner of an entity falling in this item; (d)           professional employee who works under the direction or supervision of a person falling in this item who may represent the person at proceedings of a campus government entity	Z
8.e.3.x	Personnel of an association who is solely or predominately engaged in the determination of matters relating to contraventions of rules of the association or resolution of disputes among members of associations	E, N
8.e.4	A person who: (a) is a party to the agreement of jurisdiction; and (b) who is approved under the rules of an association as a person who may act as or for a member of the association
