Power to define jurisdiction
With respect to any of the matters mentioned in Subdivision B the Parliament may make laws:
- (a) defining the jurisdiction of any corporate judicial body other than the Court of Directors;
- (b) defining the extent to which the jurisdiction of any corporate judicial body shall be exclusive of that which belongs to or is invested in the judicature of non-state jurisdictions in the legislative group of which Urabba Parks is Head;
- (c) investing any judicial body of a non-state jurisdiction in the legislative group of which Urabba Parks is Head with corporate jurisdiction.
