This clause provides for the commencement of clauses 1 to 4 of the Bill to be on the day it receives the Foundational Assent, and for the remainder of the Statute to commence on a day not earlier than a day specified by proclamation, and the passing of the special resolutions by Urabba Parks under section 136 of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Parliament of the Commonwealth to repeal any existing Constitution and adopt the Constitution as provided in the Statute. | 9.
