= <span id="EM"></span>Relevant notes from the Explanatory Memorandum = 21. This clause provides that laws contained in the existing Constitution itself and laws passed by the members of Urabba Parks or otherwise under the existing Constitution in force at the establishment of jurisdiction shall remain laws of Urabba Parks, but shall no longer have the effect of a provision actually contained in the Constitution, or of laws passed by the Parliament of Urabba Parks. 22. Subclause (3) provides that, without limiting the adoption by or under the Constitution of the objects of Urabba Parks, such objects shall, subject to the Constitution and laws passed by the Parliament of Urabba Parks, remain as objects of Urabba Parks.
