The Executive Government of Urabba Parks shall protect every jurisdictional division of Urabba Parks against unlawful intrusion and, on the application of the Executive Government of the jurisdictional division, against domestic violence.
Relevant note from the Explanatory Memorandum[edit | edit source]
291. This section, based on the corresponding section of the Australian Constitution, provides the Executive Government of Urabba Parks shall protect a jurisdictional division from unlawful intrusion and, on the application of the Executive Government of the jurisdictional division, against domestic violence. An example of such protection could include the secondment of personnel to protect premises located in a jurisdictional division. The purpose of this section is to provide for a responsibility of Urabba Parks to protect its jurisdictional divisions.
