It is the responsibility of Urabba Parks and each entity to:

(a)  recognise the dignity in each individual in its governance, management and operations;
(b)  denounce cruel and unusual punishment, as well as slavery;
(c)  commit to the elimination, prevention and mitigation of harms to individuals as well as economic and social hardship affecting individuals, including but not limited to children, the disabled and the elderly.
