To originally grant membership for consideration that is ordinary membership, or of which is convertible to ordinary membership except under a law falling within this entrenchment

Ordinary members
9.1 To acquire property attached to ordinary membership, other than by way of on just terms or with the consent of the member The member attached to the property
9.2 To originally grant membership that:

(a) ranks equally or higher than existing ordinary membership in rights to succeed to the Management, or a place under the Management; or

(b) of which is convertible to ordinary membership with those rights

except under a law falling within this entrenchment

To convert or change rights of membership to ordinary membership of an equal rank with any class of existing ordinary membership having rights to succeed to the Management a place under the Management other than under the terms of the membership, except under a law falling within this entrenchment

95% of the votes cast by the ordinary members holding membership:

(a) that will rank equally with the proposed membership to be granted or converted; and

(b) that will rank lower with the proposed membership to be granted or converted
