Ordinary membership matter

(1)  Ordinary membership matter may fall in any entrenchment.

(2)  In subsection (1), ordinary membership matter includes the following:

                    (a)  the offer of any kind of ordinary membership, or membership convertible to ordinary membership, including the requirement to offer such membership to certain members before offering to any other person;

                    (b)  the conversion of membership to ordinary membership;

                    (c)  the manner in which ordinary membership is allocated to a place within Urabba Parks, where such membership is not attached to property located or taken to be located at such a place;

                    (d)  the acquisition by way of detachment of property attached to ordinary membership, other than by way of on just terms, by the Executive Government of Urabba Parks or a jurisdictional division, or by a campus government entity;

            (e)  the repurchase of ordinary membership, or membership convertible to ordinary membership.
